This opportunity is with our MEA Application Team, based in the UAE with a flexible hybrid model. Our vision at Beckman Coulter is to revolutionize healthcare, diagnosis by diagnosis. In this role, as a Field Application Specialist-Hematology, you’ll provide essential support to our clients, delivering in-depth training, assisting with product troubleshooting, and collaborating with our marketing and sales teams on new product initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve technical issues related to assays, calibration, and quality control.
  • Discuss clinical relevance of assays and review QA/audit reports with expertise.
  • Conduct training—both on-site and in-house—ensuring customers maximize their use of our instruments and software.
  • Support our CP field associates and clients with clinical and technical insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences, with extensive experience in clinical laboratory equipment.
  • Strong customer consultative skills with a foundation in scientific and technical knowledge.
  • Agile, with a readiness for extensive travel within the region.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in the IVD market.
  • Familiarity with pathology or microbiology lab processes and accreditation standards.

You will be a part of the MEA- Application teamand report to the Field Application Managerresponsible to support direct clients by providing operators training for defined product lines, product or assay troubleshooting, advance training. Engage clients in scientific activities and help marketing and sales for new product promotions.
