Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fiber Technician with experience in Fiber GPON networks, broadband, IPTV, and landline services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fiber optic networks and customer-premises equipment while ensuring excellent service quality.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure fiber optic connections, routers, and networking devices
Troubleshoot and maintain GPON, broadband, IPTV, and landline services
Ensure proper fiber splicing, termination and Testing works for high-speed internet connectivity
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of fiber optic links and home networking issues
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication during installations and support calls
Maintain and update installation reports, service logs, and technical documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fiber Technician with GPON expertise
Hands-on experience installing and configuring routers, ONTs, and other networking equipment
Familiarity with fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and network troubleshooting tools
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
