What you’ll do:

• Doing sales forecasting in coordination with distributor representative and Supply chain team.
• Achieving monthly primary Sales and following up on monthly sales volume/value.
• Contributing to market intelligence in conjunction with the sales team and be accountable for the overall accuracy of the ongoing sales/demand forecast for each category.
• Following-up on order processing of distributors and effectively communicating requirements to supply chain team.
• Creating daily orders in system and follow up on deliveries.
• Processing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Introducing new product/ SKU prices to distributors and arrange samples in coordination with Country manager/BUM.
• Collecting estimate of Distributor Trade spend and promotional requirement in advance and to report any variance vs Budget. Ensuring the appropriate systems, protocols, and best practices are in place.
• Following up on receivables and reconciliation of trade spend debit notes.
• Coordinating with Category Heads on marketing materials/POSM and process it to distributor markets.
• Update the monthly incentive achievement for distributor sales team.
• Update various sales/promotional/marketing reports on a monthly basis.
• Asset tracking with the distributor and in-market.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in Sales and sales support function.
• Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices in FMCG.
• Experience in managing distributors.
• Highly proficient in MS Office & report analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Different department internally and externally. (Proficient in English language)
