Job Description

Position Summary: A Telesales Representative engages with potential customers via phone to generate sales, inform clients about products or services, handle inquiries, and meet sales targets. This role often involves both inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Initiate calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote products, services, or offers.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure proper customer engagement.
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Generate sales by converting leads into customers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Set appointments for field sales representatives if applicable.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services offered to effectively present them to customers.
  • Respond to questions and provide tailored information based on customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
  • Handle customer objections and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Identify potential customers through research and data analysis.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and prioritize follow-ups.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.
  • Suggest products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve future sales interactions.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer details, conversations, and sales transactions.
  • Update CRM and other systems with the latest customer information.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other sales representatives, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Languages: Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Knowledge of real estate products, services, and market trends is a plus.
  • Other Qualities:
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
