Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain comprehensive filing and document management systems.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project management activities as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and office supply inventory.
