Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and various stakeholders, managing emails and communication.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system for documents and records.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with project management tasks and track deadlines.
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing office supplies and resources.
