Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic Female Office Administrator to join our client's office in Dubai. In this role, you will be important in making sure that our office is efficient while providing exceptional administrative support. We are looking for a proactive individual who can independently manage multitasking responsibilities and contribute positively to our work environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications effectively.
  • Support HR functions, such as interview scheduling and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain and develop office procedures in line with best practices.
  • Organize company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Perform research and assist with various projects as directed by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
