• City and guilds certified, as NVQ/VRQ level 3+ ,
• Able to speak and write English. Preferably bilingual (Arabic / English)
• Excellent communication and people skills, including good listening skills
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
• Knowledge of beauty industry services and constantly updated on trends
• Knowledge of hygiene, and health and safety regulations
• Able to create, implement and maintain Standard Operational Procedures
• Time management skills
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hairdressing industry with 2-3 years of experience in hair training and education
• Preferably previous experience in UAE
• Presentation & Training skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to handle pressure and stress
• computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Assess the hair team and propose effective training plans & Calendars
• Manage and train In-salon trainers
• Be a hands-on coach and Role model in the salons
• Help Establishing the BBL training center as a certified profit center
• Industry watch
• Participate in Activities Following our marketing plan
• Generate monthly reports
