Female DOH Licensed Homecare Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess patients' health status and provide necessary medical care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and disease management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• DOH (Department of Health) registration as a Homecare Nurse.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Immediate availability to start work.
