Our flexible working hours promote work-life balance and ensure you thrive personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities: • Provide expert guidance on business setup, company formation, and restructuring processes. • Manage the entire lifecycle of company formation across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions. • Stay updated on UAE laws, including AML, UBO reporting, and Economic Substance Reporting (ESR). • Maintain and manage client information in the CRM system with accuracy. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement. • Draft and review corporate documents such as resolutions, attestations, legalizations, and bank account applications. • Liaise with government departments, free zones, and banks to ensure smooth operations.
