  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation in accordance with company policy.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and scheduling training sessions.
  • Engage in various projects and initiatives to enhance the department’s efficiency.
