Amazon MENATR is looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to develop and manage FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) product development and roadmap strategy.
FBA is a growing business built around Amazon’s world class capability in Ordering, Fulfillment, Transportation and Customer Service. By leveraging our current scale and supply chain, FBA provides a low cost alternative for fulfillment and enable sellers to rapidly grow their business. The successful candidate will be a person who understand product lifecycle, enjoys designing sustainable products and has a strong business acumen.
Key job responsibilities
- Partnering with Tech teams for active BRD reviews, UAT and development phases
- Benchmark MENATR on a WW scale w.r.t Product parity
- Partnering with key stakeholders (including Legal, Tax, internal Program Team, Country Teams) to define FBA Product strategy
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs for seller experience, performance and features
- Develop and manage high quality product roadmaps based on your service vision and strategy
- Gaining support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
- Creating product adoption goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
- Developing user experience goals, stories and requirements that can be used to develop new products and services as well as improve existing processes
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SQL skills.
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
