The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a variety of agricultural equipment. Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment including tractors, harvesters, plows, and cultivators.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs timely to maximize equipment uptime.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all farm machinery to ensure peak performance.
- Replace defective or worn-out parts to maintain machinery functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed on the farm equipment.
- Collaborate with farm operators to schedule maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide guidance and training to farm personnel on proper use and care of machinery.
