We are seeking Assistant Professors and/or Associate Professors with specializations in any of the following Management-related disciplines: Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior or related disciplines. We are also seeking candidates in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Management.

Experience teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
Demonstrated research activity
PhD - terminal degree in the relevant Management-related, or AI Management-related specialisation.
Candidates should be PhD qualified in any of these disciplines and have a strong teaching record at undergraduate and/or graduate levels. An active and consistent research record is also required, with publications in high-level peer-reviewed journals.
Candidates for any of these positions who have industry experience and are able to establish industry networks will be strongly preferred, as will those who have taught within the UAE or wider GCC region. In addition, candidates having international academic collaborations will be more strongly positioned. Overall responsibilities fall within the areas of teaching, scholarly research, and engaging in service activities for the School. Faculty are, therefore, expected to be committed to quality teaching in a learning-focused environment, active in research and publishing, and be professionally engaged.
Teaching:
·Teach the assigned number of Credit Hours, according to the Standard Workload of 24 Credit Hours per academic year for teaching at the Bachelor Level. Faculty teaching only at Master level have a teaching load of 18 Credit Hours per academic year.
·Use the LMS (Learning Management System) to support teaching activities and engagement with students.
·Submit a completed Grade Book for each course within the required period following student assessments
·Provide all Course File elements within the required time following completion of a course.
Research Publications and Conferences:
·Depending on the academic level, publish the expected number of peer-reviewed quality journals that are SCOPUS indexed.
·Attend and present at an academic conference that is recognized within its field at least once per year.
·Engages in and generates regional and international collaborations.
Service
·Actively participate in designated Academic committees.
·Provide academic advice by meeting with students who are assigned to the faculty required.
·Participate in Community Engagement events.
·Contribute to Program and Curriculum Development, as required.
