Job Description:
· Plan and organize production schedules - Develop and execute Master production schedule based on business demands to support improved productivity and reliability.
· Support development and use of operations standard procedures, tools and matrices to ensure the factory is running effectively and efficiently in terms of personnel, processes and machinery.
· Maximize the efficiency of the production staff, equipment, and techniques to complete the projects in a timely manner.
· Participate in factory’s financial planning & management, monitoring the progress of projects, reviewing work, discrepancies, expenses, billings and payments.
· Collaborating with quality control managers to create and implement quality control processes and check finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
· Responsible to work in getting required certification for the products.
· Overseeing the warehousing activities.
· Overseeing production processes and supply chain.
· Organizing routine maintenance of machinery and equipment.
· Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
· Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
· Promote safety and ensure teams compliance with all health/safety and environmental rules, policies and procedures.
· Develop cost-cutting strategies by altering production procedures/ new modifications to reduce operational costs, material waste and minimum stock.
· Working closely with Finance, Supply chain & Logistics and other related departments within and outside the Company (such as Government agencies and authorities) to ensure smooth operations.
· Manage the administrative aspects of the factory by ensuring the preparation of performance plans, job descriptions, and conducting employee performance reviews.
· Any other assignment as given by the supervisor(s).
Job Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or related field.
· 5-7 years’ experience in same capacity.
· Hand-on experience of day-to-day management of complex and inter-related manufacturing operations.
· Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
· Strong management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis and report writing.
· The ability to work under pressure.
· Good command in written and spoken English (mandatory)
