Responsibilities:

Assist in the manufacturing and production processes by providing support to machine operators and assemblers.
Load and unload materials, tools, and products within the factory.
Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
Sort, pack, and label products as per instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor and workstations.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in the inventory management by counting and organizing stock.
Report any malfunctions or issues with machinery to the supervisor.
Help with the assembly of products or components when required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth factory operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is a plus.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to [insert weight] pounds.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety regulations.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
