Factory Helper

We are seeking a Factory Helper to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE at a pet food manufacturing company. As a Factory Helper, you will be responsible ensuring optimal cleanliness of the facility, and will also assist in various tasks within the factory to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with the operations manager and the production team to meet daily production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the facility is clean and maintained up to the required standards, including the kitchen and other food production and packaging areas
2. Assist in the assembly and packaging of products according to specifications.
3. Operate machinery and equipment under the guidance of skilled workers.
4. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and disposing of waste materials.
6. Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
2. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
3. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
4. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
