Responsibilites

  • Monitoring the progress of construction according to the construction schedule.
  • Filling out certificates of completed works
  • Be able to read construction documentation and drawings.
  • Write daily progress reports.
  • Preparation for further operation of the warehouse and office.
  • Organization of works on maintenance of the building and equipment.
  • Work, Budget planning
  • Experience with electricity is required.

RequirementsDegree in business, engineering, or facility management (or equivalent experience)
Experience in maintenance, operations, or project management
Leadership and teamworkProblem-solving and decision-makingStrong communication skillsKnowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations
