Main mission(s):
•Define, coordinate and enforce the procedures and rules allowing the provision of infrastructures and associated services according to industry practices and in accordance with the guidelines defined by the company.
•Guarantee the proper execution and performance of process activities.
•Carry out activities within his/her scope of activity (works, operation, services, etc.)
•Prepare an audit of the means and define frequency for maintenance (predictive, preventive and risk-based)
•Be a guarantor of the achievement of the Costs/Quality/Deadlines objectives followed up by his/her team members.
•Train and support the team in the implementation of the standards and procedures of the applicable reference documentation system.
•Plan and chair monthly performance meetings with suppliers.

Main activities:
As such, the FM Manager carries out the following activities:
In terms of operations, he/she:
•defines, coordinates and enforces the methodologies within all or part of the Operation, Services, Works, and Technical Support scopes according to industry practices and in accordance with the guidelines of his/her Division. In particular, he/she ensures the training of his/her team on the applicable reference documentation system and supports it in its implementation;
•contributes to the development of the MTP within his/her scope of responsibility, is the guarantor of the operating and investment budget (CAPEX/OPEX)
•guides and coaches teams in technical choices;
•manage, respond to, and mitigate the facility ticketing system.
•is guarantor of the achievement of the Costs/Quality/Deadlines objectives followed up by his/her team members;
•Liaise with the free zone for any building-related request.
•be responsible for the development of specifications and the Management of subcontracting by KPIs ;
•incorporates and develops business experience to increase excellence in his/her field by anticipating the needs (material or skills) related to the business and ensuring continuous improvement through coaching.

•Drive energy reduction program for the facility.
