Our client is a well-established facilities management organization. We are hiring a UAE experienced senior facilities manager to join their Dubai operations to lead the operational management of all soft and hard services activities for housekeeping, waste management, sustainability and security to meet contractual SLAs. The successful candidate will focus on improving service delivery, optimizing operational, resource and equipment costs whilst improving accountability within the FM teams. Role Summary
Work with the leadership team to develop and implement integrated facilities management operational plans for soft and hard services to improve efficiency and reduce cost to meet SLAs.
Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize risks and downtime.
Conduct daily check list inspections and audits to ensure all work is carried out in line with the contract standards and SLAs.
Prepare and manage facilities management budgets ensuring optimal allocation of funds and resources to meet operational needs.
Recruit, train and manage FM teams fostering high performance, improvement and learning.
Ensure compliance with all mandatory and contractual QHSE requirements.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
10 years’ UAE experience in managing integrated FM operations with proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary facilities projects and teams.
Demonstrable leadership in continuous improvement by identifying gaps and opportunities in delivery of services - experience of proactively developing and implementing process improvement and cost savings initiatives in FM operations.
Strong commercial and financial acumen – competitive procurement and vendor negotiation; preparation of FM OPEX budgets
Deep working knowledge HSE and ISO 9001 Quality Management, OHS and risk management and CAFM systems.
Proven experience in sustainability initiatives related to solar energy efficiency, waste reduction and recycling,
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree
Certification in CFM, PMP, IOSH, NEBOSH is required
Certification in sustainability such as LEED is an advantage.

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
