Job Description
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support the facilities team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks within the facility, ensuring spaces meet operational needs.You will serve as a point of contact for workplace experience and office services in assigned location, delivering anexceptional customer service experience to colleagues and guests.

- 2 years of post-high school education or equivalent, relevant work experience
What will you be doing in this role?
- Serve as a first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience
- Issue visitor passes and strictly adhere to security protocols.
- Maintain office and breakroom supplies for the assigned location.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site events, including activities across multiple teams, setup and teardown of rooms, and delivery of necessary supplies.
- Support colleagues and suppliers by providing assistance and ensuring smooth operation of location-specific processes.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order in community spaces, such as shared workstations and meeting rooms.
- Receive, sort, scan, and distribute mail according to location-specific protocols
- Track and audit incoming and outgoing mail following local playbook
- Review and route a variety of service requests and issues from colleagues, contractors, and suppliers using internal management systems, ensuring timely resolution.
About the Team
The Global Real Estate and Facilities team is made up of 40+ colleagues across 12 countries. We provide day-to-day facility management support, ensure the safety and sustainability of our offices, and provide strategic support and analysis on the effectiveness and utilization of our offices.
Hours of Work
- Part time position (20 hour per week), working 5 days a week Monday through Friday
- On-site position
