You’ll be responsible for:
Review existing design delivered and provide scope gap analysis.
Comment on design using best practice experience.
Manage and review and comment on the shop drawings being produced.
On-site management of the installation and working with the supervision consultant review the site installation.
Partners with team/s to produce and manage delivery of site activities.
Manages 2 week and 8 week look ahead including daily activity briefings (DABS).
Delivers PPC planning and production control update to the wider project team.
Manages inspections trade to trade handovers.
Manages and inspects quality sig off (QSO) and quality inspection and test plan (QITP).
Reviews and signs off method statements.
Updates facade requirements.
Chairs and manages design meetings.
Delivers internal and external project reporting.
Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Manages stakeholders.
Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
Manages a team of professional roles (& may include support roles), driving performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
Worked alongside Alec, Alico and key facade companies from the UAE.
You’ll also have:
CSCS.
Site management safety training scheme (SMSTS).
