Facade Regional Business Developer - META The role of our Business Developer in Façade is to develop sales, drive specifications and foster long term relationships with local and international Façade key accounts and consultants, within our META region (Middle East, Turkey Africa).

In this role, you will create sustainable business relationships with decision-makers and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to secure business. You are accountable for relationship management, value proposition delivery, technical seminars and on-site support to related Global & Regional Key accounts to support global business.
Additionally, you will steer the sales and business development activities, defining and driving the actions which will lead to the development of market share in the Façade area. You will identify business opportunities to allow for local application to secure profitable growth in the various product lines, while expanding the buying customer platform.
In this role, you will be focused on developing accounts, through developing and implementing key project penetration strategies and action plans. Your day-to-day key responsibilities and accountabilities will include the below:

Project Management & Sales (Regional Key Accounts Façade contractors):



Developing and securing the sales pipeline with contractors through reverse specification approach in all focus projects pipeline with local façade team. Maintaining recurring project tracking of pipeline, with local teams to ensure sales sustainability, and improving securing probability. Creating multi-level contacts with all focus Key Accounts(KA) accounts Introducing HITLI Façade system to projects main contractor & consultant through on-site seminars & trainings. Securing façade applications in focus projects within the focus KA account, through Project management approach, and through complete project cycle coverage dealing with the full value chain of the project (client, consultant, main contractor & installer). Driving technical-commercial approach and system optimization of engineering applications with local market to improve securing rate and sales. Coaching and upskilling the competency of local façade teams in curtain wall applications and guide only on pull out tests. Establishing contractor strategies to develop and achieves sale targets, in coordination with the Segment manager.

Specification (Regional Façade consultants):



In charge of specification pipeline development, through advance specification of Curtain Wall(CW) application with the assigned regional consultants. Organizing recurring lunch & learn seminars with regional consultants on major curtain wall applications. Creating multi-level contacts with all focus accounts and coverage of all teams that includes, specification writing, design, and project supervision. Promoting system cross-selling and HILTI value-added services with all focus account. Responsible in recurring hand over of advance specification pipeline to local façade team and follow up on securing process. Establishing consultant strategies to develop and achieves specification targets, in coordination with the Segment manager.

What you need is:



Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering Strong knowledge of the Façade business and minimum 3-5 years working experience in Facade Contracting/Consultancy Fluency in English (verbal and written) Experience within construction industry in Facade business. Proven relationship management, and contract negotiation skills A target and solution-oriented mind-set The ability and willingness to travel.
