FACADE ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee facade installation activities, ensuring alignment with project drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and progress.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address non-compliance issues immediately.
• Monitor daily activities and progress, preparing regular reports on project status.
• Ensure resources, materials, and tools are available to meet project schedules.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants for design clarifications and technical solutions.
• Address client concerns and provide updates as required.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a Facade Site Engineer in the UAE.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale projects.
• Background experience from contracting companies in the middle east.
• In-depth knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be locally available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
