Fabrication Incharge

• Oversee all fabrication activities, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
• Lead a team of fabricators and welders, ensuring adherence to production schedules and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Supervise the fabrication of custom parts, components, and assemblies for heavy equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory of materials and tools, placing orders as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues in the fabrication process.
