About the location:
What you will do
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain exceptional performance and foster a positive work environment.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize costs while maintaining quality.
Respond to guest feedback, resolve issues, and deliver personalized dining experiences to exceed expectations.
Coordinate with chefs to ensure timely food preparation, presentation, and menu updates, maintaining the Mediterranean concept.
Supervise, train and lead the team of junior members.
What you will do
Minimum 3 years in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or restaurants.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve exceptional service standards.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, trends, and best practices, particularly in Mediterranean cuisine (South of France, Italy, Spain Portugal, Greece).
Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization in the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders effectively and professionally.
Full proficiency in English language, knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French languages will be an advantage.
Previous experience in pro-opening restaurant concept and fine-dining is preferred.
