We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team Responsibilities Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, ensuring all staff are thoroughly trained, knowledgeable, and motivated to deliver exceptional serviceOversee all service-related tasks, including checklists, point-of-sale management, cash handling, handovers, equipment control, stock-taking and reservation coordinationMeet service requirements promptly with a positive, team-orientated approach, maintaining the highest standardsDrive and oversee the daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow, adherence to hygiene and grooming standardsConduct monthly SOE stock takes and manage daily checklists for opening and closingBuild strong guest relations
