providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are
maintained and guest comfort is guaranteed at all times. A high degree of
product knowledge is necessary in order to confidently recommend and up-sell
the various products on offer.Your day-to-day work:Welcome guests to the assigned outlet, receive and conduct guests to tables, ensure that they are attended to and be available for them always as a point of contactTake outlet reservations, handle the reservation book and answer the telephone in an impeccable mannerSet up the outlet prior to the business hours along with the service teamCoordinate with the service team in making necessary arrangements according to floor plan for reservations or blocking off reserved tablesObserve the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and the entrance areaAssure the well-being of all guests by maintaining a close, friendly, yet discrete contactBe aware of all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart in order to recommend if a guest requestsContribute in setting up the outlets databaseReassure the guests’ satisfaction upon their departure.RequirementsEducation and Experience:Ideally
your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry, and worked as a
Service Attendant for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.Fluent
English is a must and other languages would be an advantage.Skills and Competencies:Customer
