Join Our Team as a Hostess! We’re looking for an experienced individual to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors. + Greet the guests with a pleasant attitude; escort them to their assigned dining area and present menus while introducing the waitstaff. Address any immediate questions they may have.
+ Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server to ensure a smooth transition to the service staff.
+ Answer incoming reservation requests and provide excellent service in response to inquiries.
+ Manage the customers in queue and ensure to address them timely.
+ Contribute to team success by assisting with related tasks as needed.
+ Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
+ Excellent English communication skills [additional languages is a plus].
+ Ability to describe and explain the menu to guests.
+ To be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
+ Highly self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
+ Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities.
