Position based in Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi
Your role @ Chanel:
Reportingto the Middle-East & India Fragrance & Beauty Retail Manager, youwillberesponsible of the growth of your business, leading the team, developing clients loyaltywhileensuring compliance with the Brand’s business strategy and image.
Your main responsibilities are:
Team Management and Engagement
- Communicate vision, strategy and clear direction to retail staff
- Motivate and retain the boutique team members
- Supervise the organization and the team efficiency, monitor objectives, encourage teamwork, share knowledge and expertise
- Support team members in their individual development and coordinate with training team on individual needs
Business Development
- Pilot and coordinate all the activities of the Boutique in accordance with the strategy and objectives
- Ensure the business strategy is understood and deployed in the Boutique
- Control, monitor, share and report the business financial and budgetary indicators relating to the results of the Boutique
- Develop and coordinate the sales to achieve the business objectives in accordance with the budget and the defined action plan
- Analyze the sales and take the appropriate corrective actions
Client Experience
- Ensure excellence in client service in accordance with the Brand's standards: create a unique experience for each client
- Support the sales team on the shop floor
- Strongly encourage the team to manage, use and develop the client database
- Put in place strong CRM and clienteling action plans at boutique level to engage and retain clients
- Coordinate animations installation, maintenance needs, events organization, acting proactively and putting in place initiatives at boutique level to strengthen the client experience
Boutique Operations
- Ensure the retail space is well maintained and the Visual Merchandising guidelines are respected
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the boutique and solve operational issues with the support of the retail manager
- Ensure the stock is effectively managed and that the control procedures are implemented to anticipate and limit variations
- Ensure company policies and procedures are respected in the boutique
- Liaise with suppliers on boutique supplies
- Plan and take necessary steps to have optimum stock levels and maintain inventory discrepancies at the lowest possible level
What you will bring:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills along with a strong analytic and intercultural approach.
Requirements:
You have at least 5 years’ experience in boutique management in a luxury retail environment. You have strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fragrance and beauty sensitivity.
Fluent English languageskills are a must, Arabic a plus.
