Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5 Star hotel located in the Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Downtown area.

Job Description
- Works closely with the Culinary and F&B Service Manager for the day to day administration and communication across the departments as well as the key focus of supporting the communication of information relating to all F&B functions across the hotel.
- Assist in managing the quality & brand standards of products and service & guest satisfaction
- Establish and maintain effective team collaboration
- Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
- Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings as well as meeting & events planning meetings.
- To assist the department with payroll and admin tasks and reports at month end.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
