About the location:
What you will do
Assist in managing daily F&B administrative operations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to manage inventory, procurement, and budgeting processes.
Assist in scheduling interviews for F&B managment and coordinate with other stakeholders.
Process the payrol relates documentation, attendance and vacations.
Answer phone calls, reply email and take reservations for restaurant booking and festive events.
What you bring
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, effectively collaborating with team members, management, and external partners.
Demonstrated understanding of luxury hospitality operations, including F&B trends, service standards, and guest expectations.
Positive attitude, flexibility to work different shift and long hours.
Proficiency in MS Office, Open Table, Outlook.
