Our client is well-established automotive spare parts distributor with over 20,000 SKUs. We are recruiting a UAE experienced sales manager from the export automotive spare parts sector to join their Dubai operations. This role requires travel across the Middle East and Africa. Role Summary
Build strong sales pipelines for each export market; develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets monthly.
Analyze customer feedback and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities to increase market share.
Prepare sales presentations, quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close the deal.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
7 – 10 years’ new business development experience in the MENA region for commercial spare parts for trailers, trucks and passenger vehicles.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent negotiation and client acquisition skills.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Results orientated with a ‘hunter’ sales approach and mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong networking skills to source new business opportunities and build long term relationships.
