Job Summary
Our Client has international contacts, which allows him to provide Logistics, Brokering, and support at origin and destination for all operations of import and export.
Job Description:
- Responsible to get best rates from shipping lines.
- take the booking confirmation from the sales
- book with the shipping line
- secure the space on the target vessel
- follow up the loading and sailing
- follow up the trucking and customs
- Submit the VGM and final
- Confirm the BL with the customer.
- follow up with the accounting the payment and collection of the invoices.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree.
• Experience 5 years or more at same Position in a freight forwarding company.
• Very good in English.
• Excellent Command of Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
• Very Good Communication Skills.
