Expo & Events Specialist

Your Role You will support our country and cluster teams by providing them with essential supplier and cost information. Additionally, you will oversee internal and external subcontractors to optimize costs and ensure comprehensive service delivery. Ready to make an impact? Apply now! Your Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for customers as well as for other KN offices on the base of subcontractor’s charges.
• Communicate with customers providing them with possible solutions for handling their expo & events shipments as well as providing them with actual status of the shipments being handled by KN.
• Communicate with KN stations providing them with possible expo & events solutions.
• Booking shipments with internal and external subcontractors.
• Check and confirm transport and customs documentation to external and internal customers.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to execute expo & events shipments
• Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments destined to the exhibitions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in order to ensure customs documents are checked and confirmed, shipments are released by customs and delivered to the booths. 
• Invoice the provided services to customers via FairLOG, our inhouse system.

Your Skills and Experiences

• A minimum of a Technical Degree is required, and a Superior Degree or Post-graduate qualification is desirable
• Preferably, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an expo & events operations
• General knowledge in freight operations, including air, land, and sea.
• Ability to multitask, and resolve problems in high pressure situations
• Highly organised and methodical approach to work
