We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate administrative tasks, in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the process for lease: Tenanacy Contract & Addendum, Ejari.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai REST app and its features.
  • In depth experience with Developers procedures for resale NOC.
  • Review and verify documents such as Form F, Title Deeds, SPAs, Tenancy Contracts, and POAs.
  • Proven experience with CRM and listing portals, verify listings, resize photos.
  • Canva, Office, Property Finder, Trakheesi, Dubai Rest are must to know.
  • Draft and send professional emails to clients.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and multitasking capabilities.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and resolve issues effectively.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an admin in a real estate company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Office Business Attire adherence.
