Job Description

  • Provide personalized property consultations, showcasing your expertise in luxury, commercial, or residential properties tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts, including developers, investors, and other agents to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Guide clients through the buying or leasing process, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations and providing expert negotiation skills.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive property presentations and market analyses to clients, ensuring they are informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly to foster long-term relationships and referrals.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and client interactions, leveraging CRM systems to enhance client relationship management.


Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant real estate experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successful transactions.
  • Preferred nationality backgrounds include British, Australian, Canadian, Swiss, American and other western countries to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Possession of a valid UAE real estate license, ensuring compliance with local regulations and enhancing credibility.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, making it easy to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities, allowing for quick and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
