Job Description

We are urgently hiring an experienced Executive Transport Coordinator whose primary responsibility will be to manage the overall school bus transportation and to serve as the primary point of contact for the parent community.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the maximum use of the available fleet.
  • Organize route plans as per requirements.
  • Allocate trips and schedule drivers.
  • Arrange substitutions as and when required.
  • Actively collaborate with the School Administrative team to manage operational tasks related to facilities management.
  • Manage effective communication with the parent community and address all parental grievances related to school transportation, if any.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Hold a valid UAE driving license.
