Job Description

  • Urgently needed Office Assistants for variety of tasks, including organizing files, handling payments and accounts.
  • Qualification, Skills & Experience:
  • Female
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, Female newly Graduates preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service and
  • Ability to work with the another senior Admins.

  • Managing incoming communication, prioritizing emails and calls, and relaying messages as needed.
  • Handling incoming correspondence, prioritizing emails and phone calls, and effectively communicating messages.
  • Exercising discretion and integrity while handling sensitive information and confidential documents.
  • Prioritizing and managing incoming communication, ensuring executives are informed in a timely manner.
  • Contributing to a functional work atmosphere by supervising office management tasks, from supplies to technical support.
