Job Description
Job Purpose
The Job holder will be responsible for all BTS (Built to sell) resale activities and address all inquiries to foster positive relationships with stakeholders ensuring a seamless and transparent BTS resale experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide support to the section head with BTS resales activities including change of ownership transactions, gifting, court order, musataha etc ensuring that all transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, developers, and external parties to facilitate successful resale transactions.
- Follow-up on settlements agreements and documentations to ensure completion, accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Co-ordinate with relevant parties to resolve any settlement-related issues promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with novation agreements and contractual obligations throughout the resale process.
- Respond to all BTS inquiries related to resale transactions and provide timely and accurate responses to queries, clarifications, and information requests to ensure a transparent resale process. Escalate queries to section head and seek consultation as required.
- Prepare, update, and manage documentation related to BTS inquiries and responses and ensure transparent communication and accurate information exchange.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized repository of resale-related activities, settlements, and agreements to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Regularly update records to reflect the latest information, changes, and developments accurately.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, developers, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing resale transactions, settlement progress, and BTS related interactions to senior management to make informed decisions.
- Ensure all resale transactions and agreements are in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Responsible for administrative tasks related to the BTS resale, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of BTS resale properties, including listings, sales data, and customer information.
- Generate reports and provide data insights to support strategic decision-making within the BTS resale division.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the superior in line with the job scope.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Any relevant certification - preferred
Job Specific Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
