  • Audit Contractor Equipment and Guidelines
  • Conduct Spot Checks
  • Address Non-Compliance
  • Schedule Post-Job Meetings
  • Evaluate Customer Satisfaction
  • Assess Work Area Cleanliness Assess Work Area Cleanliness Assess Work Area Cleanliness
  • Understand the Cause of Unhappiness 
  • Offer a Solution
  • Follow Up
  • Validate BOQ with Picture Proof
  • Send Verified BOQ for Price Negotiation
