Job Description

We are looking for a Personal/Executive Assistant to the general manager. You will play a crucial role in supporting the director’s day-to-day tasks, facilitating communication, and assisting in operational decision-making processes. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, an ability to search, filter, and analyze information, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of business operations


Main responsibilities:

  • Managing the director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling all travel and logistics arrangements
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the company director and external partners/agents; handling communications and following up on key actions
  • Overseeing special projects as assigned by the director, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
  • Researching industry trends and competitors, preparing reports and presentations as needed to inform strategic decisions


Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Personal Assistant or Executive/Business Assistant role, ideally in a corporate setting. Previous experience in the automotive industry or supply chain is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in other foreign languages is an advantage
