About the Role:


Executive - NOC is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of our community's infrastructure and services. This role involves proactive system monitoring, efficient incident response, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and clear communication with residents. The Executive - NOC will play a key role in maintaining a high level of service and resident satisfaction.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


Executive - NOC is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of our community's infrastructure and services. This role involves proactive system monitoring, efficient incident response, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and clear communication with residents. The Executive - NOC will play a key role in maintaining a high level of service and resident satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Proactive System Monitoring: 
    • Continuously monitor all relevant systems (security, building management, IT, etc.) to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact residents.
    • Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively detect anomalies and trends.
    • Escalate critical issues promptly to the appropriate teams.
  • Efficient Incident Management: 
    • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies, following established procedures and minimizing service disruptions.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating as needed.
    • Maintain accurate logs of all incidents, including resolution steps and timelines.
  • Effective Coordination & Communication: 
    • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., maintenance, security) and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely maintenance.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents regarding service disruptions, updates, and important information.
    • Provide regular updates to the NOC Manager on system performance and ongoing issues.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting: 
    • Identify opportunities to improve NOC processes, procedures, and monitoring tools.
    • Prepare regular reports on NOC activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and system performance.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of NOC documentation.

About you:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, IT).
  • Proven experience in a NOC or similar environment, ideally within a community or hospitality setting. 
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant systems (e.g., security systems, building management systems, IT infrastructure). 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
