Role: Executive-Inside Sales (Education Industry)
Duration: Outsourced, Full-Time, On-Site, Long Terms
Location: Dubai (Downtown, near to DIFC metro station)
Work Hours: 8 Hours +1 hour break
Salary: AED 4500/month

Role Summary: To provide course related information & services to prospective learners / client organizations and secure admissions/closures/sales for the organization.
Qualification and Experience:
Post-graduate/Graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counselling in the education/training sector or any sector
Preference will be given to those candidates who has Tele Sales experience. Experience in the UAE market is mandatory
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Critical Accountabilities:
Lead Management
Data from walk-ins, digital campaigns and online sources
Demos and Orientation events
Attend career fairs and various external events
Validate lead quality and scope
Counselling, Conversion, Payments and Reporting
Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career etc
Convert to admission
Disbursement of scholarship and/or discounts as per eligibility and scheme note
Follow up on registration and fee payment
Ensure accuracy of data in Online DBMS and/or Excel
Prepare and disseminate MIS reports as per format and as per advised periodicity
Ensure communication goes out to prospective learners and client organizations
Maintain data sourced from events and plan follow ups
Help in transactions for admissions / fee payment / course progress etc.
Figures and Finances
Maintain a 5%+ conversion ratio
Ensure Academic Intake starts with required numbers as per scheduled dates
Meet admission and revenue targets as assigned, for all batches
