Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handover Process Management
- Coordinate and schedule property handovers with buyers.
- Coordinate property inspections before handover to ensure quality standards are met.
- Guide clients through the handover process, explaining necessary documentation and procedures.
- Address and resolve any last-minute issues related to the property.
Client Communication & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian and Chinese-speaking clients.
- Provide clear and professional communication regarding handover timelines, legal procedures, and property details.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Educate buyers on property management, maintenance guidelines, and warranty policies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Assist in preparing and verifying handover documentation, including contracts and legal papers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and local property laws.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth ownership transfers.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, customer service, sales, etc.) to ensure a smooth handover process.
- Maintain accurate records of all handover transactions and client communications.
Provide regular reports on handover progress, customer feedback, and any recurring issues.
