Job Description

1. Providing support in fulfilling the requirements for Dubai Government Excellence Program and other Excellence awards in coordination with other sectors/departments


2. Assist in executing the DGEP/Excellence Awards preparation phases.


3. Provide technical support in submission writing for DGEP/Excellence awards participations and report it to the Head of Section.


4. Participate in the implementation of communication plan (Internal/External) to enhance excellence/quality culture and raise awareness through different activities including training programs for all DHA staff.


5. Assist in monitoring the implementation corrective and preventive plans with other Sectors/Departments and ensure they fulfil DGEP requirements.


6. Participate in the implementation of the Self-Assessment phases, and provide other sectors/departments with the support if required.


7. Recommend, develop and maintain Excellence Section policies/procedures/forms.


8. Other duties assigned by Head of Excellence Section or higher authority.


Bachelor's / Higher Diploma degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. 


3-5years of experience in the excellence field.
