Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Events Coordinator to lead and support the planning and execution of medical conferences, exhibitions, and corporate healthcare events in Dubai. This position plays a key role in developing the company’s presence in the UAE and ensuring the success of high-level professional events in collaboration with the head office in Amman.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute medical exhibitions and events from concept to completion.
• Manage communication with vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, and healthcare partners.
• Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
• Supervise on-site operations and ensure all event elements run smoothly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events across digital and traditional channels.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and medical industry standards.
• Provide detailed post-event reports, evaluations, and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners in the UAE medical field.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in coordinating professional events or exhibitions.
• Background in the healthcare or medical industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event planning tools, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure deadlines.
