Executive Driver
Job Purpose:
The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for the company’s executives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail to ensure the comfort and security of the executives during travel.
Key Accountabilities:
- Transport Services: Safely drive executives to and from various locations, including meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the executive vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Perform regular checks and arrange for servicing and repairs as needed.
- Route Planning: Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and alternative routes.
- Security: Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality for all travel plans and executive activities.
- Professionalism: Provide courteous and professional service at all times. Assist executives with luggage and other needs as required.
- Coordination: Work closely with executive assistants and other staff to coordinate schedules and travel arrangements.
- Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Skills
Experience requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of U.A.E traffic rules and regulations, roads and locations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as required.
Qualification and Licences requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid UAE light Driving License.
