Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to drive small and medium digital transformation initiatives, manage vendor relationships and oversee the development, maintenance and security of Zoho applications. This role requires expertise in system governance, application support and dashboard development to ensure seamless business operations.




Roles & Responsibilities

Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
•    Manage vendor relationships to support digitization projects.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives.


System Maintenance, Governance & Administration
•    Implement security measures and oversee support ticket management with the Zoho Product team.
•    Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with change control policies.
•    Review application setups, implement best practices, and work closely with infrastructure teams.
•    Conduct system sanity checks, provide training, and support business users.


Application Support & Development
•    Address support requests and implement changes using Deluge scripting in Zoho Creator.
•    Execute change requests, bug fixes and collaborate with external development partners.


Dashboard Development
•    Gather requirements and develop Zoho Analytics dashboards to provide actionable business insights.




Qualification

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
•    Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
•    Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator functionalities.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
•    Excellent communication skills, with experience in training and documentation.
•    Familiarity with change control processes and IT security measures.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.




Preferred Skills

•    Experience with other Zoho products and integration practices.
•    Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices.
•    Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization.
•    Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
