Core Functional Responsibilities & Subject Matter Expertise

·Support conducting comprehensive research and analysis on emerging global trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact the DET in the future.

·Support the development and execution of scenario planning exercises, assessing potential future scenarios and their implications on the business. Provide strategic insights to guide decision-making.

·Prepare reports to keep leadership abreast of industry trends, geopolitical shifts, and societal changes, providing regular updates and insights to inform strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

·Explore and evaluate the application of innovative technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT in the context of future impact delivery. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement cutting-edge solutions.

·Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with future trends and changes in the business environment. Work closely with risk management teams to assist in the development of mitigation strategies.

·Contribute to the creation of in-depth studies and reports on the strategic impact of identified trends and future scenarios for key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with strategic foresight, ensuring that day-to-day activities contribute to the DET's long-term goals.

·Assist in the development of initiatives to foster a corporate culture that embraces innovation, adaptability, and a forward-thinking mindset, aligning with the DET's strategic priorities.

·Assist in the creation analysis, and presentation of performance metrics and reports related to future foresight initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

·Support in designing and maintaining a clear, consistent communication with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners, to share foresight findings, updates, and recommendations.

·Work closely with technology and data teams to improve data extraction processes and reporting mechanisms, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of future foresight reporting.

·Stay informed about global best practices in future foresight, strategic planning, and related fields, integrating relevant insights into the DET's approach to future impact delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

●Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management or a related field.

●Certified in PMP is a plus.
